SHIPPING INFORMATION:

DATT offers worldwide delivery from Vietnam. Every international orders are shipped via DHL express. The fee applies as above:

Standard shipping (40 USD):  7 – 10 business days (excluding 1 – 2 business days of order preparation)

Express shipping (95 USD): 3 – 5 business days (excluding 1 – 2 business days of order preparation)

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times, 1 – 2 days later than normal. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in some locations as followed by DHL guidelines. Customers will be notified by us if these restrictions occur.

We do not ship on the weekend or deliver on Saturday. If you would like your package to be delivered by the weekend, please contact DHL in your region for special delivery request. Please note that fees may be applied.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Please kindly note that most of DATT’s products are made in-house. Each order will take several days for the preparation time until dispatch, usually from 2 – 3 business days. We will notify you via email for any orders that need extra preparation time or any items that are made to order. We will also inform you with shipping time for the items that are made to order. If you would like to place an order for rush shipment, please send us an email at [email protected]. All email requests are replied within 24 hours on business days only.

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order has been dispatched, an email/SMS will be sent with your parcel tracking number. All orders are shipped via DHL and are fully traceable on their website. You can always contact them if you have questions regarding your shipment. DATT is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

All orders over 300 USD will require signature upon delivery. Once your package has been signed for and delivered, DATT is not responsible for loss or damage. If customers choose to deliver without signature, we can only insure your package through transit, and it is the customer’s responsibility upon delivery. TAXES AND DUTIES:

The prices of merchandise are expressed in US Dollars, inclusive of taxes but exclusive from customs duties which vary from different countries.

All applicable duties shall be responsible by the customers. Unfortunately, duties and local customs depend on the customer’s location, therefore, we cannot estimate how much.

DATT cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

All orders with incorrect address or missing delivery information will experience a slight delay in delivery. Customers will be notified by DHL in case DHL needs the correct address for delivery.

In some cases where DHL cannot locate the address successfully or in case of ‘no response’ from customers for any inquiries, DATT is not responsible for any fees applied or lost due to customer’s mistake during shipment.
