1. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY:
Unfortunately, DATT is unable to offer returns/ refunds at this time. 
We accept exchange on full price merchandise received within 7 days of order delivery date. 
Jewelry or Accessories including Bags, Shoes are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. 
 
2. EXCHANGE MY ORDER:
Customers may exchange orders of full price merchandise received within 7 days of order delivery date. Please note that only merchandise with wrong sizing or faulty/errors from the manufacturer can be exchanged. Rest assured that we work our best to prepare each order and pack carefully to avoid faulty items/ craftsmanship errors, or prevent transportation defects of items that are sent to customers. 
 
NOTE: Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for any exchange request before processing to ensure the order is exchangeable. 
 
For orders with wrong sizing, the merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive an exchange. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and is in its original condition with tags attached, invoice and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your exchange.

For orders with faulty items, please reach out to us at [email protected] for a replacement request. Customers must provide proof of photos with faulty so we can assist you better.

 

3. IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs or any taxes included when sending back the items. DATT cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel due to delivery.  We recommend that you return merchandise to us using a traceable shipping method, DHL is recommended. Please also provide us with a tracking number to track the package with you.  
 
Returns that do not meet our Policy will not be accepted and exchanged. If items are not eligible for exchanges are sent to us without notice, an exchange or replacement will not be granted.
