SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Vietnam and shipped via DHL Express Worldwide.

The fee applies as above:

Standard shipping (40 USD): 7 – 10 business days (excluding 3 business days of order preparation)

Express shipping (95 USD): 3 – 5 business days (excluding 3 business days of order preparation)

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times, 1 – 3 business days later than normal. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in some locations as followed by DHL guidelines. Customers will be notified by us if these restrictions occur.

DHL does not offer delivery on weekends. If you would like your package to be delivered by the weekend, please contact DHL in your region for a special delivery request. Please note that fees may be applied.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Most of DATT’s products are made in-house. Each order will take several days for the preparation time until dispatch, usually from 2 – 3 business days. Pre-order items will take 20-25 business days to prepare. For any further questions, please contact us at [email protected].

We always try our best to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, holiday season in Vietnam might affect shipping time. If you would like to place an order for rush shipment, please send us an email at [email protected]. All email requests are replied within 24 hours on business days only.

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order has been dispatched, DHL will send an email/SMS with your parcel tracking number. All orders are shipped via DHL and are fully traceable on their website. You can always contact them if you have questions regarding your shipment. DATT is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

All orders over 300 USD will require signature upon delivery. Once your package has been signed for and delivered, DATT is not responsible for loss or damage. If customers choose to deliver without signature, we can only insure your package through transit, and it is the customer’s responsibility upon delivery. For more information, please contact DHL upon request.

DATT cannot be responsible for the customer’s failure to receive the package. In the event of packages being returned automatically by DHL, we cannot be responsible for any additional fees, losses or customs issue.

TAXES AND DUTIES:

The total price of merchandise is expressed in US Dollars, but exclusive from customs duties which vary from different countries.

All applicable duties shall be responsible by the customers. Unfortunately, duties and local customs depend on the customer’s location, therefore, we cannot estimate how much.

DATT cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Please note that any delay in paying customs duties may result in a delay in delivery. DATT is not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

All orders with incorrect address or missing delivery information will experience a slight delay in delivery. Customers will be notified by DHL in case DHL needs the correct address for delivery.

In some cases where DHL cannot locate the address successfully or in case of ‘no response’ from customers for any inquiries, DATT is not responsible for any fees applied or lost due to customer’s mistake during shipment.

Unfortunately, DATT is unable to offer returns/ refunds at this time.

We accept exchange on full price merchandise received within 7 days of order delivery date.

Jewelry or Accessories including Bags, Shoes are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged.

2. EXCHANGE MY ORDER:

Customers may exchange orders of full price merchandise received within 7 days of order delivery date. Please note that only merchandise with wrong sizing or faulty/errors from the manufacturer can be exchanged. Rest assured that we work our best to prepare each order and pack carefully to avoid faulty items/ craftsmanship errors, or prevent transportation defects of items that are sent to customers.

NOTE: Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for any exchange request before processing to ensure the order is exchangeable.

For orders with wrong sizing, the merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive an exchange. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and is in its original condition with tags attached, invoice and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your exchange.

3. IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs or any taxes included when sending back the items. DATT cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel due to delivery. We recommend that you return merchandise to us using a traceable shipping method. Please also provide us with a tracking number to track the package with you.

Returns that do not meet our Policy will not be accepted and exchanged. If items are not eligible for exchanges are sent to us without notice, an exchange or replacement will not be granted.

Our designs are fully handcrafted with objectively high quality. To ensure the longevity of your merchandise, we recommend that you follow these instructions:

Dry clean or hand wash is recommended. For best results, use a liquid product designed for hand washable or delicate garments. Avoid using machine wash with a strong cycle.
Never rub or soak garments.
Do not use bleach on garments. Black or dark color garments should be washed separately.
Hang to dry garments. We recommend never using tumble dry.
Do not iron at a high degree. We recommend using a low steam iron, especially iron gentle with pleated and handcrafted designs.
